SEACAMP San Diego is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, it is our expectation and intention to operate all of our Summer Camp Programs this summer. The health and safety or our students and instructors is of utmost importance to us. We will continue to keep parents informed of any updates or changes.

Please note that SEACAMP San Diego is following our stated cancellation policies.

Cancellation Policies
Per Student, Per Session/Program

SEACAMP Jr. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations between enrollment and 61 days prior to session start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 31 and 60 days prior to session start date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. All tuition is non-refundable between 0 and 30 days prior to session start date. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and must be received in the above time frames. Cancellation Policy applies to each student and each session/program.

SEACAMP I Cancellation Policy: Deposit and tuition may be partially refundable. Cancellations prior to January 31st are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations between February 1st & March 31st are subject to a $200.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations between April 1st and May 15th are subject to a $300.00 cancellation fee. Deposits and tuition are non-refundable after May 15th. Travel and unaccompanied minor fees are refundable up to 30 days prior to session date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by the dates stated above to seacamp@seacamp.com. Cancellation Policy applies to each student and each session/program.

Participants are able to switch between session dates providing space is available. Requests must be received by May 15th and will require new paperwork. Fees may apply for changes after May 15th.

SEACAMP IV – Baja Cancellation Policy: Deposit and tuition may be partially refundable. Cancellations prior to April 30th are subject to a $250.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations after May 1st are subject to a $500.00 cancellation fee. All payments are non-refundable after May 15th. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by the dates stated above. Cancellation Policy applies to each student and each session/program
