School Year Program Request

Overnight Program Request for Students 5th Grade through College

School Year Program Request Form is for schools or group in need of a residential/overnight program. Minimum number is 20 participants and the maximum is 56 participants. This form is required to be considered for available dates with SEACAMP San Diego. We are currently scheduling for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026, if you are interested in attending during this time please complete this form and we will be in contact soon. If your group is larger than 56 participants, two session dates can be scheduled. If your group is under 20 participants, we can work to pair you with another group or provide a staggered tuition rate.

Per the California Regulation all participants (students and adults) are required to provide a copy of their immunization records that include the date of their received last tetanus shot.
